What Kind Of Jobs Do We Normally Take On?

-New Construction projects from the ground phase.

-Large Remodels where most equipment is outdated but home is pre-wired or ready to be wired.

-Homes or businesses that have systems that are Ready to be Updated to have better speeds, features and reliability. 


 

What is the difference between "New Construction" and
"Retro-fit" Installation & Pricing?

 

"New Build" is Pre-Wired

with No Walls Installed.

In "new build" homes that are in the pre-construction phase or scheduled appropriately by your builder, the cost per wire drop is $35 to $50 (includes plates and termination.)

 

"Retro" Happens

after Walls...

In homes that construction has already been completed, installation involves drywall work and dealing with insulation. This adds time to the project. In a "retro pre-wire" the cost per wire drop is $175.00 (includes plates and termination.)

In order for us to do that, we must provide and install all core components of your new system to ensure stability within our programming and configurations. Most of the time this means a major overhaul which is not expected.

We are sorry that we can not work on every system but we have found our designs and equipment to be much superior to the competition for long term success and functionality for years to come.
